This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee current clients while also attracting new customers throughout North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)
• Foster the creation of partnerships
• Execute the sales strategy
• Recognize and leverage growth opportunities
• Create customer outreach strategies and present customized solutions
• Finalize contract agreements and continuously enhance customer relationships (B2B)
• Several years of professional experience demonstrating success in sales
• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
• Strong CRM skills; experience in the housing sector (residential property management) is advantageous
• Excellent self-organization is a fundamental aspect of your daily work approach
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Ability to confidently interact with decision-makers and associations in the housing and energy sectors
