
Staff Software Engineer – Integrations Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and development of high-performance, scalable software systems.
• Develop, test, and uphold high-quality code, ensuring it fulfills both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in architectural decision-making to guarantee the scalability, performance, and maintainability of software systems.
• Maintain coding standards, best practices, and guidelines while performing code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges, optimizing code to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
• Propel continuous enhancements in code quality, development procedures, and overall team efficiency.
• Generate and sustain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API specifications, while effectively communicating technical decisions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Remain informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, showcasing a robust background in software design and architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with NestJS and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures utilizing Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) in daily operations, and a genuine enthusiasm for the future of agentic AI in software development.
• Extensive knowledge of software architecture patterns and design principles (e.g., microservices, distributed systems, hexagonal architecture, domain-driven design, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
