Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack, React, Node

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design and execution of key product initiatives.

• Act as the technical lead for a remote team of engineers and contractors.

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable applications utilizing React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Effectively utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to enhance team productivity.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

• Take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of critical feature projects.

• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong background in developing full-stack applications with React and Node.js.

• Experience in leading technical projects and influencing architectural decisions across teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed engineering teams, including both employees and contractors.

• Proven experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products.
