
Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and consistently deploy features within React/TypeScript front ends, .NET services, API layers, and data pipelines.
• Create partner-facing interfaces in Grace for managing referrals, community profiles, and reporting functionalities.
• Integrate AI coding agents into daily tasks, encompassing work scoping, output reviews, and the establishment of dependable agentic-development contexts and tools.
• Employ LLMs for tasks such as provider record extraction, classification, matching, summarization, and workflow automation, utilizing evaluation harnesses and guardrails.
• Collaborate with team leads on cloud-native, service-oriented components and APIs.
• Advocate for linting, unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and pipeline automation to ensure continuous deployment.
• Conduct peer code reviews, recommend optimizations, and develop reference implementations.
• Establish engineering best practices for the adoption and governance of AI tools while providing technical mentorship.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across UI, service, and data layers, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with product and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work and maintain technical documentation.
• Over 10 years of software engineering experience with comprehensive expertise across the entire stack.
• Extensive knowledge of React, TypeScript, component architecture, state management, testing methodologies, and design systems.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining back-end services and APIs using a modern server-side language.
• Proficient in relational data modeling and SQL.
• Familiarity with Python for data ingestion, transformation, and automation purposes.
• Proven experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, including Claude Code, MCP integrations, and AI-assisted code reviews.
• Experience in developing LLM-backed features, focusing on prompt design, retrieval and context strategies, structured output, cost and latency management, and systematic quality assessments.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and contemporary engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills in debugging, analysis, and instrumentation.
• Commitment to the quality of solutions and technical documentation.
• Preferred: Experience in B2B or partner-facing SaaS, web scraping/crawling, entity resolution, healthcare or regulated data domains, and internal developer tooling or MCP servers.
