📋 Description

• Establish the long-term vision for the platform, including architecture and engineering standards, ensuring a balance between scalability and team autonomy.

• Develop shared services and platform capabilities that enhance development efficiency and productivity for over 250 engineers and AI professionals.

• Spearhead cross-functional platform initiatives from strategy formulation to adoption, ensuring alignment among stakeholders in engineering, infrastructure, security, and AI.

• Enhance cloud-native and DevSecOps capabilities across Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service, Terraform, continuous integration and delivery, observability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.

• Advocate for AI-driven engineering workflows, mentor senior engineers, and steer technical decisions that foster increased velocity, resilience, and the platform’s long-term adaptability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building and scaling developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, internal tooling, or shared services for large engineering teams.

• Proven experience in leading architecture, implementation, and production operations while making impactful technical decisions in complex environments.

• Demonstrated ability to drive ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and convert organizational challenges into scalable, long-term technical solutions.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud-native platforms, infrastructure automation, containers, observability, modern software delivery practices, and production reliability.

• Strong leadership and influence skills, with a history of enhancing developer experience and building secure, resilient systems at scale.
