β’ Establish tools, workflows, and standards for AI-generated code, alongside defining productivity measurement methods.
β’ Implement testing standards and observability practices that enable the team to deliver weekly within a SOC 2 environment.
β’ Resolve shared abstractions, state management, and platform tech debt without hindering delivery timelines.
β’ Provide mentorship, design feedback, and conduct code reviews that elevate the team's capabilities.
β’ Assess requirements under pressure before they lead to costly commitments; promote technical quality as a key factor in enhancing client experience.
β’ Review and refine production standards, interpret results, make informed decisions on actions, and ensure architectural coherence in thinking.
β’ Extensive experience in building consumer-facing software at scale, coupled with architectural insight from systems serving real users under significant load.
β’ Proficient in full-stack development β adept at navigating between frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed.
β’ Background in a regulated industry (such as financial services or healthcare) β familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance as a component of engineering quality rather than an obstacle.

β’ Competitive compensation package that includes an equity program.
β’ Comprehensive health and dental benefits, along with life insurance, provided at little to no cost to you.
