Staff Software Engineer – Agentic First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-level functionalities within Nexus Repository Manager

• Establish technical direction for a significant product domain

• Provide mentorship to Senior engineers

• Define and promote effective engineering practices for other teams

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience

• Practical experience in designing, operating, and scaling multi-agent systems

• Extensive knowledge of Java and Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Familiarity with software supply chain security

• Capability to make independent product decisions

• Proficiency in English is required
