Staff Software Engineer – Agent Identity and Authorization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create the identity framework for AI agents

• Develop the real-time authorization engine that determines what actions an agent can perform

• Outline methods for establishing trust in identities provided by external platforms

• Construct authorization and ongoing evaluation features

• Manage the interfaces and agreements for the platform

• Serve as a technical leader across various teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 10 or more years of experience in software engineering

• Profound knowledge in identity, authorization, or security in distributed systems

• Practical experience in developing authorization or policy systems

• Familiarity with identity and token standards

• Proven history of designing systems and interfaces that are scalable for other teams

• Capability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams
