Staff Software Development Engineer – Linux Endpoint

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and take ownership of eBPF programs.

• Manage the enforcement boundary between kernel and userspace.

• Reduce enforce-mode latency in syscall paths.

• Expand enforcement capabilities into containers and namespaces.

• Strengthen portability across different kernel versions.

• Collaborate with enforcement engineers for macOS and Windows.

• Analyze requirements to identify gaps and suggest solutions.

• Elevate the engineering standards and mentor fellow engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel internals.

• Practical experience with eBPF for security enforcement.

• Understanding of BTF and CO-RE.

• Familiarity with container runtime internals.

• Expertise in kernel debugging and performance tools.

• Over 8 years of experience in systems-level software engineering.

• Experience in AI-first development practices.

• Comprehension of systems design patterns.

• Full lifecycle experience in an agile development setting.

• Proven technical leadership on complex projects.
