This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver Veeva Vault CRM support for both domestic and international markets, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to assist local environments, align on business needs, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across various geographies.
β’ Work closely with cross-functional partners including IT, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Payor Services, Data Sciences, and global associates to collect requirements, prioritize enhancements, and provide scalable CRM solutions.
β’ Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and user feedback forums to discover opportunities for process improvement, enhanced efficiency, and an improved user experience.
β’ Support and enhance vital Veeva CRM functionalities, such as CLM, Approved Email, Speaker Programs, Sampling, and related modules, to boost field execution and customer engagement.
β’ Proven ability to generate reports, analyze results, and leverage insights to inform business decisions, monitor performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
β’ Propel timely execution of CRM initiatives and projects from the stages of discovery and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
β’ Co-manage CRM governance processes to ensure alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and technical execution.
β’ Create and maintain training materials, onboarding resources, job aids, and end-user support documentation to promote adoption and effective system usage across field teams.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, CRM administration, sales effectiveness, business systems support, project management, or a related discipline.
β’ Practical experience in supporting and enhancing CRM platforms, ideally Veeva CRM, including configuration, user assistance, process optimization, and cross-functional solution delivery.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate and influence a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, including business, technical, compliance, and global partners, to achieve aligned and scalable outcomes.
β’ Strong focus on quality, accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity throughout system support, project execution, documentation, and ongoing operational processes.
β’ Demonstrated success in translating business requirements into clear specifications, actionable plans, and effectively executed CRM enhancements or technology initiatives.
β’ Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the capability to build consensus, lead discussions, and support stakeholders across various functions, regions, and levels of seniority.
