This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable training programs, sales messaging, processes, and tools that ensure consistent performance across global sales teams and partners.
• Facilitate successful product launches by providing sales teams with the necessary knowledge, positioning, and resources to effectively market our solutions.
• Organize and conduct partner webinars to aid in onboarding, product education, and continual enablement efforts.
• Manage comprehensive sales learning programs, encompassing content creation, scheduling, coordination, and delivery of both instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Spearhead new hire onboarding initiatives, ensuring a well-structured and effective ramp-up process that boosts productivity and consistency.
• Cultivate and sustain robust partner relationships, guiding them from initial onboarding through ongoing enablement and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint skill gaps, reinforce messaging, and synchronize enablement strategies with revenue goals.
• Oversee cross-functional enablement projects, including training programs, webinars, and targeted development initiatives.
• Create engaging learning materials across various formats, including eLearning modules, instructor-led content, presentations, and job aids.
• Consistently evaluate and enhance enablement programs using feedback, performance metrics, and changing business priorities.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering sales enablement programs.
• Practical experience with instructional design and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360 or comparable platforms).
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, with a knack for delivering engaging training in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
• Proven capability to convert complex concepts into clear and compelling sales messaging and educational content.
• Experience collaborating across functions with sales, marketing, and product teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, enabling the management of multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Data-driven approach with experience utilizing feedback and performance metrics to enhance enablement programs continually.
