This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and take ownership of the annual enablement roadmap, ensuring alignment with sales hiring strategies, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Design and manage the complete representative lifecycle, which includes new hire onboarding, role-specific certification tracks, ongoing education, and leadership development programs.
• Maintain responsibility for the organization’s learning design approach (ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks).
• Assess, implement, and enhance the enablement technology stack (LMS, content management systems, eLearning authoring tools, conversation intelligence, AI coaching).
• Spearhead the development of the sales playbook, persona-based battlecards, and competitive positioning materials.
• Establish a measurement framework utilizing Kirkpatrick levels 1–4 and Phillips ROI methodology.
• Deliver quarterly enablement updates to Sales and Revenue leadership teams.
• Create and facilitate SKOs, regional summits, QBR content, and deal review structures.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement or revenue operations.
• 1–2 years of experience in managing direct reports.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM, SEP, and LMS platforms.
• Strong skills in program management and cross-functional influence.
• Expertise in enablement metrics and ROI reporting.
• Advanced understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent).
• Experience in establishing organization-wide learning design standards and templates.
• Proficiency in Kirkpatrick or Phillips ROI evaluation methodologies.
