This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a part of Yelp’s Multi-Location team to assist national brands in succeeding locally on the most reliable local marketplace.
• Develop and deliver both classroom and virtual instructor-led training for sales teams, while also creating online self-learning pathways.
• Create innovative content and resources focused on sales processes/methodologies, advertising products, forecasting and reporting systems, as well as policies and procedures.
• Design and implement training sessions: produce micro-learnings, pathways, and quizzes; schedule and host sessions; record and distribute concise summaries with key insights and FAQs for a distributed organization.
• Manage enablement content from start to finish: ensure playbooks and tool guides are up-to-date and easily accessible in the CMS/LMS, retire outdated materials, and publish updates through our wiki and newsletter.
• Equip sales personnel with our tool stack (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware) by providing clear instructions and light administrative support.
• Conduct ongoing development and certification programs; collect field feedback and iterate to enhance impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Ops, Product, and Marketing—success is a team effort; this role is not suited for independent operators.
• Stay updated on digital advertising, Yelp products, and industry best practices in sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support/operations, learning and development, or digital media sales; relevant project experience is valuable.
• Excellent communication skills and confident in facilitating small group sessions.
• Ability to develop curriculum for instructor-led training, eLearning, and self-service formats; establish objectives, utilize microlearning techniques, and create assessments.
• Proficient in data and tools: Sheets/Excel, Slides/PPT, Canva; capable of building basic reports and dashboards.
• Possess a creative, learner-centered approach; design for a remote-first and distributed workforce.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Project management expert: manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to details.
