This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Create, sustain, and enhance recurring dashboards, reports, and KPI views utilized by sales leadership to oversee pipeline, bookings, activity, and performance trends.
• Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms by preparing reports, validating data, and generating insights for leadership reviews.
• Aid in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance monitoring to enhance visibility into risks, opportunities, and business results.
• Ensure CRM data quality by spotting inconsistencies, supporting cleanup efforts, and enhancing reporting logic, field usage, and data governance practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams to resolve operational inquiries and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to territory planning, account analysis, sales productivity tracking, and ad hoc analytical requests as directed by management.
• Document workflows, reporting definitions, and operational processes to promote consistency, scalability, and ongoing improvement.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in spreadsheet-based analysis and experience in creating business reports, dashboards, and data summaries for operational or commercial teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including reporting structures, opportunity data, and data integrity standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and convert findings into clear business insights.
• High attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities accurately and consistently.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to present findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business concepts, demonstrating a growth-oriented mindset.
