This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage and Empower the Omnichannel Partner Ecosystem - Function as the main technical and operational contact for Renew Home’s omnichannel partners, which include DERMS providers and implementation contractors.
• Assist in Pipeline Development and Deal Advancement - Collaborate with the Partnerships team and omnichannel partners to progress opportunities.
• Lead Technical Exploration and Solution Alignment - Involve yourself in discussions with partners and utilities to clarify technical needs, validate solution viability, and ensure coherence.
• Coordinate Between Partner and Internal Teams - Serve as the primary coordination hub between omnichannel partner teams and Renew Home’s internal departments.
• Represent Renew Home in Discussions with Partners and Utilities - Act as a trusted technical consultant during meetings with utilities and partners.
• Aid in Proposal Development and Commercial Preparedness - Provide technical contributions to proposals and program design conversations.
• Facilitate Effective Program Implementation - Assist in structured transitions from sales and partnerships to delivery teams.
• Offer Market and Partner Insights - Relay insights gained from partner and utility interactions back to internal teams.
• Proven experience working with DERMS and/or utility implementers.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience in driving cross-functional execution involving product, marketing, engineering, external partners, and operations.
• Familiarity with utilities, grid-edge technologies, or large-scale utility programs.
• Strong knowledge of demand response, load flexibility, and/or virtual power plant concepts.
• Enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic culture with ambitious objectives.
• Experience working with DERMS and/or utility implementers.
