This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process to pinpoint customer business challenges and align Intellistack solutions with measurable results.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify technical requirements, integration necessities, business goals, and expansion possibilities.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations customized to customer use cases.
• Design and present solution architectures, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical validation strategies.
• Address technical objections and offer competitive positioning during evaluations and procurement phases.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance discussions with enterprise clients.
• Work alongside Customer Success to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts.
• Help in broadening platform adoption across various departments, business units, and use cases.
• Directly contribute to meeting team quota goals related to: Net new ARR, Expansion ARR, and Customer retention and platform adoption.
• Equip partners through product training, demo assistance, technical workshops, and solution positioning.
• Support partners in identifying and qualifying opportunities that lead to net new customer acquisition, expansion revenue within shared accounts, and multi-product adoption opportunities.
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Background in supporting SaaS, AI, automation, integration, or enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Capability to convert technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in supporting enterprise sales cycles.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, automation platforms, cloud technologies, or data workflows.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, resellers, or strategic alliances.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
