This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Serve as the trusted consultant for all aspects related to acre security solutions within the region by supporting sales and channel partners.
• Set up and conduct technical demonstrations of products and solutions tailored to the needs of current and prospective customers.
• Oversee Proof of Concept initiatives.
• Engage in industry trade shows, workgroups, and lunch-and-learn sessions to showcase acre security solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to provide technical responses and content for proposals in reaction to RFPs, RFIs, & RFQs.
• Take ownership of the IT Questionnaire responses within your designated region.
• Develop and present quotations, proposals, requirements documentation, and Architecture & Integration designs based on customer specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support by offering insights on potential product improvements, market needs, and competitive trends.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position.
• Knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, and/or other Security Software is preferred.
• Prior experience in presales or deployment of Physical Security Solutions.
• Strong communication abilities for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are highly sought after.
• Practical experience with workstation and server operating systems, computer networking, and a grasp of cloud solutions or database technologies is advantageous.
• A technical degree, ideally in computer science, or equivalent experience is preferred.
