This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate on and create strategies for technical programs such as AI Enablement, AI Education, Machine Learning Education, Data Education, and Engineering Education.
• Design and manage the creation of content for both in-person and virtual technical learning events and forums for the Technology organization.
• Develop and implement both asynchronous and synchronous technical learning experiences and forum strategies.
• Cultivate community and promote connections within the technical organization through events, stakeholder management, and support for internal contributors and subject matter experts.
• Oversee learning and event logistics, course enrollment, and material preparation.
• Evaluate, track, and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives using data to inform decisions and foster experimentation.
• Establish relationships with senior business leaders across various groups and regions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, senior leaders, external speakers, vendors, and consultants.
• Enhance processes, tools, templates, and communication channels for operational excellence and scalability.
• Create project plans, documentation, and communication strategies.
• Develop training materials, slide presentations, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in guiding strategy and execution within a Technical Learning & Development program or learning content management position.
• Direct experience in a technical field such as software engineering or data science.
• Strong grasp of Technology and Engineering organizations and their operational dynamics.
• Experience in building and curating technical content tailored for engineering or technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI as a tool for enhancing developer productivity and knowledge of AI enablement in product development.
• Proficiency in instructional design and best practices for content design.
• Experience in developing and implementing programs, processes, and operational plans.
• Capability to manage multiple programs and initiatives aligned with a broad roadmap.
• A data-driven mindset for assessing and measuring learning experiences.
• Ability to produce clear, comprehensive, and well-organized documentation.
• Skill in establishing trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Consultative and collaborative capabilities with stakeholders, subject matter experts, senior leaders, and external partners.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning materials.
• Proficient in using presentation technologies, Google applications, and spreadsheets.
• Must reside in San Francisco, California.
