Staff Product Manager – VC Backed Startups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks.

• Lead the full product development cycle from ideation to launch.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure product vision aligns with business objectives.

• Utilize data, user research, and competitive analysis to guide product decision-making.

• Take ownership of KPIs and success metrics, focusing on optimizing engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

• Develop and execute A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous iteration processes.

• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives.

• Work closely with founders and executives on the long-term product vision and growth opportunities.

• Maintain profile visibility for potential future opportunities within portfolio companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a dynamic startup environment.

• Proven success in leading and delivering successful B2B, B2C, or SaaS products.

• Proficiency in roadmap ownership, feature prioritization, and product execution methodologies.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.

• Comprehensive understanding of UX/UI principles, user research, and design thinking.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead product teams while remaining actively involved in execution.

• Experience in AI, fintech, marketplaces, developer tools, or SaaS is advantageous.
