This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead essential initiatives to improve Empower’s product offerings.
• Collaborate with leaders in Workplace Solutions and Personal Wealth to meet enterprise objectives.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for products, services, or customer tools.
• Take ownership of the execution of initiatives.
• Enhance customer experience by translating strategy into actionable execution.
• Act as a subject matter expert for tools that serve the designated customer group.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and analytics for supported products, services, or tools.
• Provide regular insights on external offerings and Empower's considerations.
• Set KPIs and assess results to ensure anticipated business outcomes.
• Mentor team members to foster talent within the team.
• Function as a senior leader within Product and throughout the organization.
• Offer a thorough understanding of the implications of significant decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in general business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of relevant business experience.
• Experience with financial service providers and a solid understanding of the marketplace.
• Strong ability to build collaborative and cooperative relationships.
• Senior leadership experience within Product and across an organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of the implications of significant decisions.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, characterized by clarity, brevity, perceptual tone, and professionalism.
• Ability to express differing opinions or support a point in front of peers and managers.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is not available.
