Senior Product Manager – Workflow Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LightBox’s broker platform portfolio.

• Balance immediate enhancements and operational support with the long-term objectives of platform consolidation and modernization.

• Establish migration and discontinuation strategies for outdated broker products.

• Formulate positioning for the next-generation broker platform.

• Engage in ongoing product discovery with investment sales brokers, capital markets teams, and relevant customers.

• Evaluate broker workflows related to listing creation, property marketing, investor targeting, campaign engagement, IOI/LOI management, seller reporting, and deal execution.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, assess trade-offs, and iteratively deliver capabilities.

• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams on packaging, pricing, launches, sales enablement, and adoption strategies.

• Partner with Data Platform and AI teams to enhance broker workflows with pertinent data.

• Define, monitor, and communicate product KPIs such as adoption rates, migration progress, engagement metrics, workflow completion, retention, satisfaction, and NPS.

• Utilize customer feedback, product usage analytics, competitive insights, and business priorities to adjust roadmap focuses.

• Resolve product issues and identify opportunities for improving usability, performance, and customer value.

• Develop product documentation, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch materials, and stakeholder communications.

• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product goals, milestones, and customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace platforms, workflow software, commercial real estate technology, fintech, data products, or a similar software environment.

• Proven experience in owning product strategy, roadmap development, defining requirements, prioritization, launch planning, and measuring product performance.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and senior business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting customer discovery, workflow analysis, competitive research, and product validation with business users.

• Experience utilizing product analytics, customer feedback, usage data, and business metrics to guide product decisions.

• Strong product management capabilities including strategy formulation, roadmap ownership, prioritization, discovery, delivery, launch planning, and performance measurement.

• Solid understanding of B2B SaaS platforms, marketplace dynamics, workflow products, and customer adoption trends.

• Ability to assess customer needs, business priorities, technical limitations, and market opportunities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• Capacity to work closely with Engineering and Design teams to define requirements, clarify trade-offs, and deliver exceptional product experiences.

• Ability to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, packaging, pricing input, launch readiness, and sales enablement.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a strong customer focus and accountability.
