Staff Product Manager – US Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of US public-sector product offerings from initiation to completion across FedRAMP commercial clouds, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, DoD Impact Levels, and classified environments.

• Create new features and modify existing ones to meet the needs of the US Government and regulated environments.

• Enhance compliance and authorization processes as the company expands into new regions and impact levels.

• Collaborate with GTM and public-sector field teams to launch public-sector offerings and boost adoption among federal, defense, Intelligence Community, and State, Local and Education customers.

• Establish a comprehensive public-sector compliance roadmap across various clouds and prioritize necessary authorizations.

• Work alongside cloud providers to coordinate product launches and secure capabilities for regulated customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products.

• A track record of delivering successful customer-facing products and features.

• Strong ability to lead customer discussions, draft PRDs, define success metrics, prioritize features, and guide engineering and design execution.

• In-depth knowledge of US public-sector compliance and accreditation, including FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL4/5/6), and NIST 800-53.

• Familiarity with government cloud services (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) or classified deployments.

• Experience in launching enterprise products and fostering adoption within large, complex organizations.

• Background working with US Government or other highly regulated clients is ideal.

• Proven ability to drive business results across engineering, sales, marketing, solution architects, and customer success teams.

• US citizenship required.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Preferred: Active US security clearance (Top Secret or TS/SCI).
