Staff Product Manager, SaaS Manager

📋 Description

• Spearhead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager.

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for initiatives related to platform modernization and enterprise readiness.

• Conduct discovery sessions with customers, internal stakeholders, and data to pinpoint significant enterprise challenges and workflows.

• Organize data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and administrative experiences to enhance customer value.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to assess architectural choices, clarify requirements, and convert complex challenges into actionable milestones.

• Establish success metrics and collaborate with Product Analytics and Data teams to evaluate reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.

• Align various Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and potential delivery risks.

• Manage product launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and continuous product iteration.

• Report directly to the Director of Product for SaaS Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management.

• Comprehensive strategy and roadmap ownership for B2B SaaS products.

• Technical proficiency in integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and platform architecture.

• Insight into the trade-offs involved in developing for enterprise scalability.

• Proven experience leading intricate, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills in product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship is offered.

• Preferred: Background in SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or complex enterprise products.

• Preferred: Experience with third-party SaaS ecosystems, including SSO, SCIM, OAuth, audit logs, or similar integration patterns.

• Preferred: Familiarity with responsible AI-assisted product development.
