Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and prioritize requirements while managing the product backlog based on both business and user needs.

• Keep an eye on the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities that will maintain the product's competitiveness.

• Create, monitor, and communicate the product roadmap to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Design and Research teams to explore and validate solutions prior to development.

• Confirm deliverables with the team.

• Set and manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating priorities, decisions, and timelines.

• Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and research findings to pinpoint improvements and new features.

• Work in partnership with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Development, and other teams involved in the product.

• Proven experience in backlog management.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Experience in data analysis to inform product decisions.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and requirements effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to manage varying stakeholder expectations.

• Proficient in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Intermediate English proficiency is an advantage.
