Senior Product Manager, Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the implementation roadmap, eliminating time-consuming and risky steps from the critical path.

• Transform manual implementation processes into self-service configurations, data migration, mapping tools, and admin controls.

• Collaborate closely with Implementation Managers and accounting firms during actual go-lives.

• Identify bottlenecks in migration, mapping challenges, and discrepancies between expectations and outcomes.

• Oversee platform areas beyond integrations, focusing on infrastructure, reliability, developer experience, and productivity tools.

• Set and monitor implementation health metrics such as time to go-live, volume of escalations, and manual touchpoints.

• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver products.

• Work together with Services, Customer Success, sales, and go-to-market teams to launch changes effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product management.

• Background in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Exceptional skills in product roadmapping.

• Strong instincts regarding the product lifecycle.

• Proven ability to ship software, maintain team alignment, and make necessary adjustments.

• Relevant experience in Platform solutions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Required to disclose whether employment visa sponsorship will be needed now or in the future.

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services tools is a plus (not mandatory).

• Familiarity with data migration or complex customer configurations is advantageous (not mandatory).

• Experience managing infrastructure, developer tools, or other technical product domains is beneficial (not mandatory).

• Startup experience is a plus (not mandatory).
