Staff Product Manager, Provider Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the provider activation funnel while identifying key activation stages and retention thresholds.

• Develop strategies aimed at increasing the number of activated providers and appointments for each new provider.

• Foster growth in provider retention and enhance lifetime value.

• Collaborate with sales, customer experience, pricing, ranking, provider experience, and other departments.

• Implement porting tools, workflows, and incentives to assist providers in transferring existing patients to Headway.

• Create a tailored onboarding journey for new providers.

• Establish the team’s strategy, objectives and key results (OKRs), and roadmap.

• Guide new providers in achieving success with Headway.

• Assist providers in transitioning patients to the platform.

• Optimize high-quality appointments during the initial tenure of providers.

• Proven experience managing a complex growth or activation initiative that requires users to engage actively and is closely linked to revenue.

• Capability to develop a perspective that connects customer needs, user experience, and business outcomes.

• Experience in influencing sales, customer experience, finance, and pricing teams without having direct management authority.

• Skill in driving alignment across competing priorities.

• A curious mindset and a willingness to build knowledge and expertise.

• Ability to make informed decisions and facilitate iterative progress even in the absence of complete information.
