Staff Product Manager, Payments Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate the long-term vision and strategy for the Payments Analytics product and intelligence platform.

• Prioritize projects and develop an execution roadmap.

• Gain insights into user needs through interactions with developers, sales, support, market trends, and data analysis.

• Design and launch new features and products that provide substantial value to customers.

• Establish the pace, prioritization, and execution strategy for the team.

• Address technical and product challenges by working across various systems, processes, and technologies.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams.

• Partner closely with engineers and data scientists to develop Payments Intelligence products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of pertinent Product Management experience.

• Strong business insight with the ability to pinpoint business enhancements and create product/technical solutions.

• Experience in customer- and partner-facing roles, including managing customer discussions.

• Excellent operational skills, capable of designing and leading cross-functional teams and processes.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and a focus on user-centric principles.

• Clear and effective communication with a keen attention to detail, particularly with external customers and partners.

• Results-driven mindset with the capability to execute complex projects.
