This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for practitioner onboarding, activation, and initial product adoption.
• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding experience from registration to the first treatment plan and Assist activation.
• Discover opportunities to minimize obstacles and expedite the time to value.
• Design and execute product-led growth initiatives that enhance activation, engagement, retention, and long-term adoption.
• Identify pain points in the customer journey through experimentation, behavioral insights, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the phases of discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Convert ambiguous customer and business challenges into prioritized roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Establish success metrics and enhance onboarding through experimentation, analytics, and user feedback.
• Work alongside Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales across product and go-to-market interactions.
• Shape product strategy by aligning practitioner needs with business objectives and platform possibilities.
• Utilize AI tools in product discovery, delivery, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with AI-centric teams to integrate AI-enabled experiences into practitioner onboarding.
• Over 8 years of Product Management experience leading intricate, cross-functional projects.
• Extensive experience managing SaaS onboarding, activation, or product-led growth initiatives.
• Strong grasp of customer journeys, funnels, behavioral data, experimentation, and growth metrics.
• Proven track record of enhancing activation, engagement, retention, or other key product outcomes through experimentation and iterative processes.
• Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to navigate uncertainty while providing structure and clarity.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in Product and Engineering fields.
• Familiarity with AI tools for product discovery, delivery, analysis, or decision-making.
• A builder mentality focused on creating, testing, learning, and improving.
• Bonus: experience developing onboarding or growth experiences for multi-product SaaS platforms.

• Base salary range of $140,000–$170,000 CAD.
