
Staff Product Manager – Freight/Logistics Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
• Lead and articulate the product vision and strategy to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery through to launch and subsequent iterations.
• Work collaboratively with software engineers, designers, data analysts, marketing teams, and customers to deliver high-caliber products within deadlines.
• Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Determine the priority of product features and enhancements based on their business impact and value to customers.
• Mentor and motivate the product team while enhancing team capabilities.
• Influence executives and key stakeholders to garner support for product initiatives.
• Identify new product opportunities and stay informed about emerging technologies.
• Shape the product roadmap for the Intelligence team.
• Launch intricate, customer-focused products.
• Drive decision-making and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or staff-level position.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Data and Analytics, specifically with BI, AI/ML, data platforms, or data products is essential.
• Demonstrated success in launching effective products in both B2B and B2C settings.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts and agile development methodologies.
• Capacity to mentor and guide teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Regular and predictable attendance is mandatory.
• Capability to work at a computer terminal for extended durations.
• Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
