Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the product backlog.

• Ensure that work items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

• Convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to ensure timely delivery.

• Analyze business requests, player behavior, and product performance.

• Discover opportunities to enhance user experience.

• Validate requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose effective solutions.

• Investigate product issues, assess trade-offs, and provide recommendations.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders.

• Collect and clarify requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Partner with QA to ensure features align with business requirements and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product roles within the iGaming industry.

• Strong experience working with Agile development teams.

• Capability to investigate issues and comprehend underlying causes.

• Proficiency in translating ideas and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets.

• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-team collaboration.

• Ownership mindset with the ability to propose improved solutions.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar product-delivery tools.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Nice to have: experience with FullStory, BI dashboards, or other product analytics tools.

• Nice to have: exposure to A/B testing or experimentation.

• Nice to have: basic understanding of software development processes.

• Nice to have: CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or similar Agile certification.
