Product Manager, Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for applied AI capabilities within the Data Products portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer outcomes.

• Identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, converting them into well-defined product requirements, success metrics, and implementation plans.

• Oversee the complete product discovery and delivery process, utilizing experimentation, analytics, and customer insights to foster ongoing enhancements.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and MLOps to implement production-ready AI solutions, which includes evaluation, monitoring, model lifecycle management, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Influence and engage cross-functional and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating trade-offs, risks, and decisions to facilitate execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as computer science, engineering, or life sciences) or equivalent practical experience.

• Significant product management experience, with a proven track record of managing complex data- or AI-driven products from the discovery phase to large-scale production.

• Strong product judgment and craftsmanship, encompassing problem framing, prioritization, metrics definition, and clear communication of strategy and decisions.

• Experience in developing platform or capability-based products (such as shared services, APIs, or reusable components) utilized by multiple teams or business units.

• Familiarity with applied AI product patterns, which include model integration, orchestration, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, and safety considerations.
