Staff Product Manager – Conversational AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Transition Addri, Addi’s AI-driven conversational assistant, from a support-oriented prototype to the main unified in-app interface.

• Empower customers to shop, manage credit, make payments, and address issues through conversational engagement.

• Introduce Addri within the app and establish an ongoing review schedule.

• Enhance AI resolution rates and customer satisfaction (CSAT) while minimizing support ticket volume.

• Initiate product discovery and purchase-assist pathways to boost task completion and conversion rates.

• Implement credit line, balance, and payment processes with high accuracy and stringent escalation protocols.

• Create test sets, frameworks for LLM evaluation, and pre-launch quality checkpoints.

• Collaborate with Risk, Data, and Legal teams to ensure data source integrity, action confirmation methods, and compliance measures.

• Present a business case demonstrating cost savings and conversion impacts to inform future investments.

• Engage in interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, live business case scenarios, and founders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of delivering customer-facing LLM products (assistants, agents) beyond mere demonstrations.

• Expertise in comprehensive conversational flows and managing failures.

• Demonstrated success in scaling early-stage products and driving iterative enhancements post-launch.

• Extensive experience in creating evaluation frameworks, including test sets, LLM-as-a-judge, and human review processes.

• Skilled in defining rigorous quality standards for each use case.

• Technical proficiency in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, prompting, and tool utilization.

• Experience in implementing AI solutions in high-stakes settings.

• Background in facilitating human handoffs, ensuring privacy protections, and establishing safety limits for critical actions.

• Native fluency in Colombian Spanish.

• Proficient in professional English.

• Regular hands-on experience with contemporary AI tools.

• Capacity to remain updated on model capabilities, limitations, and industry trends.
