This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement the product strategy for NodeZero Tripwires, focusing on precision threat detection and deception capabilities.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for Tripwires, AD Tripwires, and related threat detection workflows.
• Enhance Horizon3’s “find, fix, verify” approach to include “detect and respond” through automated tripwire deployment, contextual alerting, and validation of detection posture.
• Advocate for high-confidence alerts, minimal false positives, and precise, contextual signals that are operationally valuable.
• Establish strategies for deployment, coverage, and expansion across internal, external, cloud, phishing, insider threat, and rapid response workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering to integrate Tripwires with SIEM, SOAR, ticketing, webhook, and SOC tool ecosystems.
• Manage dashboards, contextual alert details, visibility of attack methods, correlation of weaknesses and impacts, and analyst workflows.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to uncover market opportunities, competitive advantages, and paths for monetization.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Support, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success on product launches, enablement, documentation, and user adoption.
• Define and track KPIs, including activation, deployment coverage, alert-to-investigation rates, integration adoption, retention, expansion, NPS, and revenue contributions.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence executive strategy, and advocate for customer needs.
• Travel up to 25% may be necessary.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in developing B2B SaaS, security, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Extensive knowledge of threat detection and response, SOC workflows, SIEM/SOAR, deception technology, identity security, Active Directory security, incident response, or exposure management.
• Strong product judgment that balances technical limitations, customer needs, market timing, and long-term platform design.
• Experience in collaborating with engineers and designers on product requirements, trade-offs, user workflows, and outcome-focused roadmaps.
• Ability to interpret attacker behavior, security telemetry, and defensive workflows into distinct product experiences and customer value.
• Excellent communication skills to align executives, go-to-market teams, and engineering around the product vision.
• Capability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, encompassing market positioning, roadmap direction, requirements, prioritization, and launch execution.
• Data-driven decision-making ability using product analytics, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-team initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field is preferred; an advanced degree is also preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
