This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive product roadmap aimed at transforming manual document processing tasks into highly accurate automated workflows.
• Lead initiatives in text extraction, data masking, and the automation of fraud and forgery detection.
• Explore applications of computer vision, OCR, and LLMs/AI agents to organize unstructured document data.
• Serve as the main technical liaison for internal stakeholders.
• Assess requirements, gauge technical feasibility, and convert those requirements into specifications for ML and backend engineers.
• Manage prioritization, oversee sprint execution, and ensure successful delivery to production.
• Establish, monitor, and enhance automation rate, precision, recall, and processing latency utilizing SQL and internal data tools.
• Conduct testing and validation of product performance, data extraction accuracy, and edge-case scenarios.
• Work closely with ML and backend engineers.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year in Product Management or Product Technical Product Management roles.
• Ideally transitioned into Product Management from Software Development, QA Engineering, or an L3 Technical Specialist position.
• Strong grasp of API architectures, microservices, automation frameworks, and backend data processing pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of computer vision, OCR, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of substituting manual human tasks with automated software solutions, particularly in FinTech, RegTech, Logistics, or other data-intensive fields.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries for system accuracy analysis, edge case identification, and performance metric measurement.
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment that allows for high autonomy and rapid feedback loops.
• Capable of articulating complex technical trade-offs in a structured, client-friendly manner.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with document processing, KYC/AML workflows, or fraud detection systems is a plus.
• Practical experience in applying LLMs/agents to address unstructured data extraction challenges is advantageous.
