This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
• Define and spearhead the strategy and roadmap for a collection of interrelated products and platforms.
• Assume full responsibility for outcomes, including performance, adoption, and impact across systems and vendor collaborations.
• Establish and implement a metrics framework to ensure product performance and accountability.
• Lead decisions regarding build, buy, or partner options, weighing speed, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering on architectural and platform decisions that align with business and clinical priorities.
• Create member-focused experiences, including conversational and interaction flows that guide individuals to suitable care.
• Influence cross-functional strategies and investment decisions across Product, Clinical Operations, Growth, IT, and external partners.
• Shape the prioritization and execution of adjacent teams.
• Set governance, documentation, and compliance standards to ensure scalability in a regulated healthcare setting.
• Enhance member engagement and care navigation.
• Drive significant improvements in clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Advance product practices through data rigor, experimentation, and mentorship.
• Facilitate quicker, more informed decisions through clear metrics and actionable insights.
• 7–10+ years of experience in product management, including oversight of platforms, infrastructure, or shared systems at scale.
• Experience operating at a Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior individual contributor level.
• Proven capability to define and implement portfolio-level strategy across complex, interconnected systems.
• Strong history of data-driven decision-making, including defining and operationalizing metrics.
• Experience in designing conversational or AI-driven user experiences, such as chat, voice, or messaging interfaces.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams.
• Technical proficiency in architecture, integration, and reliability trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to elevate product-team standards through mentorship, standards, and best practices.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated, mission-critical environments.
• Preferred: experience with automation, messaging platforms, or AI-enhanced product strategies.
• Preferred: a background in insourcing vendor capabilities or reconstructing critical systems.
• Preferred: contributions to scaling product organizations through hiring, leveling, or mentoring.
• Candidates must reside outside AK, AR, CA, HI, ID, MD, NE, SD, UT, and WY.
• Prioritization of Eastern time zone alignment (EDT/EST) for consistent overlap and availability.
