This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the Adobe Experience Platform to facilitate Next Best Action.

• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog for designated next best action platform functionalities.

• Convert enterprise strategy, regulatory mandates, and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with Next Best Action, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan, implement, and launch platform improvements.

• Spearhead the development of features such as consent capture, preference modifications, suppression logic, policy enforcement, and downstream activation.

• Drive the integration of the platform with the Next Best Action engine.

• Ensure that data models, APIs, and workflows adhere to enterprise standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Validate platform functionality for omnichannel applications spanning web, mobile, CRM, contact center, and third-party integrations.

• Identify dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, and escalate decisions when necessary.

• Collaborate with NBA, Marketing, Digital, CRM, Customer Service, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams.

• Facilitate platform onboarding and adoption through enablement, documentation, and collaborative efforts.

• Work with data, identity, and analytics teams regarding consent and preference data.

• Act as a primary product escalation contact for delivery teams and business stakeholders.

• Champion intuitive, transparent, customer-centric experiences that effectively communicate data usage, choices, and controls.

• Integrate feedback from customers, compliance, and operational perspectives into product iterations.

• Monitor and report on KPIs, including consent capture rates, preference usage, data quality, error rates, and activation success.

• Identify ways to minimize operational friction, manual processes, and compliance risks.

• Oversee platform performance and integration health while driving necessary corrective actions and enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Minimum of 2 years focusing on enterprise martech platforms.

• Practical experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.

• Knowledge of Next Best Action, decisioning platforms, or real-time personalization engines like AJO, Pega CDH, or SF Personalization.

• Strong comprehension of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategies.

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven decisioning, propensity models, and experimentation frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage intricate product initiatives.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and ADO is preferred.

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices in consent management is preferred.

• Understanding of decision management frameworks and rules engines is preferred.

• Only candidates with U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency will be considered.

• Must primarily operate during Eastern Standard Time business hours.

• Self-provided internet service must offer at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Ability to work from a dedicated space without interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
