Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for intricate, high-impact product sectors.

• Establish the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps that align with corporate goals, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, and business stakeholders to convert complex needs into product specifications.

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and validation.

• Foster alignment among senior stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, priorities, and expected outcomes.

• Set and track KPIs and OKRs, leveraging insights to enhance product performance.

• Proactively identify regulatory, operational, and technical constraints within healthcare and pharmacy settings.

• Develop scalable, compliant solutions.

• Act as a product thought leader and provide mentorship to other Product Managers.

• Elevate product quality, execution, and decision-making standards throughout the Product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Product Management.

• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives.

• Experience guiding products from concept to launch in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams in agile development environments.

• Strong analytical abilities and a track record of defining and utilizing product metrics.

• Experience in regulated or highly complex fields such as healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms.

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Slack, and GSuite.

• Capacity to work at a computer terminal for extended durations.

• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions associated with computer operation.

• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

• Proficient in verbal communication, auditory discernment, and visual detail perception.
