This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define the product vision and strategy for a new suite of client-facing AI experiences at Wealthsimple, while taking ownership of the roadmap to realize these initiatives.
• Spearhead the planning, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of innovative AI-driven client experiences, exploring new possibilities and transforming them into valuable products for clients.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to discover new methodologies for working together.
• Work in partnership with other product teams and departments throughout the organization (such as Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Legal and Compliance, and more) to create these new experiences.
• Contribute to elevating the Product Management discipline at Wealthsimple and foster an inclusive and supportive team culture.
• A proven track record of several years in building and delivering products that resonate with customers, along with experience in both customer-facing and platform product management.
• Background in a fast-paced technology company.
• A focus on shipping. We prioritize action over prolonged analysis and discussions; the best way to validate an idea is to implement it — so let’s launch, learn, and refine.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in conversations with engineers regarding architecture and technical factors that influence the product, coupled with a willingness to learn what you don’t know to assist in decision-making.
• A strong dedication to financial inclusion and the creation of products that enhance access to financial freedom for all.
