Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Customer Engagement: You will interact directly with both existing and prospective customers to thoroughly understand their needs and the dynamics of the market.

• Research and Discovery: You will employ a comprehensive set of discovery methodologies to conduct experiments and analyze data, guiding informed decision-making.

• Strategic Planning: Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our customers, you will identify and develop product initiatives.

• Collaborative Cross-Functional Work: You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Design, and Engineering to ensure that our ideation and execution processes are aligned, informed, and positioned for success.

• Product Advocacy: You will become a subject matter expert on Suralink’s product, promoting how various use cases, product features, and value propositions drive internal knowledge and customer adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Manager position, including exposure to B2B SaaS.

• Expertise in Audit or Tax is considered a valuable asset.

• Proven Track Record: You have demonstrated success in delivering impactful outcomes for both early-stage (0-1) and scaling products.

• Leadership Skills: You inspire and align your colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

• Proactive Approach: You naturally push for momentum, swiftly making decisions that are one-way doors.

• AI Utilization: You are familiar with leveraging AI for tasks ranging from identifying insights to prototyping and creating PRDs.

• Comfort with Ambiguity: You thrive in uncertain situations, adept at navigating towards clarity even with incomplete information.
