This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +2 more states.
• Accountable for the strategic direction, development, and commercial viability of Fillauer’s lower-limb prosthetic and orthotic product range.
• Manages the entire product lifecycle for designated product lines.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, payor dynamics, pricing strategies, and clinical evidence to formulate data-driven product investment proposals.
• Establish and convey market requirements and opportunity assessments to guide product development choices.
• Act as the commercial and customer advocate throughout the product development journey.
• Create and oversee go-to-market strategies for product introductions and line extensions.
• Monitor commercial KPIs, including revenue performance and adoption metrics.
• Responsible for the marketing brief related to assigned product lines.
• Design and implement Voice of Customer (VOC) programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or healthcare; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Consulting, or a related field (6 years with an Advanced Degree).
• Experience in Project or Program management.
• Proven track record in global launch strategy and execution.
• Knowledge of O&P, prosthetics, orthotics, rehabilitation medicine, or physical/occupational therapy.
• Experience collaborating with clinical practitioners or in clinical sales or clinical marketing roles.
• Familiarity with medical device regulatory fundamentals (FDA classification, 510(k)) and reimbursement frameworks (CMS, L-codes, prior authorization).
