Senior Product Manager – General Contractors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take full ownership of product responsibilities for key areas of the general contractor product.

• You will pinpoint new opportunities within the GC workflow, including identifying user groups in the GC organization that we currently do not serve, or new steps in the tendering process that can be incorporated into our product.

• You will develop intricate B2B SaaS functionalities from start to finish — encompassing strategy and discovery, requirements definition, and go-live — in collaboration with design and engineering teams.

• You will assess user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities and translate these insights into strategic initiatives.

• You will formulate hypotheses, test them through prototypes and experiments, and scale successful strategies alongside design and engineering.

• Together with marketing and customer success teams, you will facilitate a successful market introduction for new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS context, particularly involving complex, multi-step workflows for business or enterprise clients.

• Proven experience in uncovering new opportunities, such as identifying additional user groups or incorporating new process steps into an existing product.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to convert complex challenges into practical solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools like LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping as part of your daily tasks.

• Familiarity with product roadmaps, user stories, and the complete product lifecycle.

• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
