• Provide technical guidance for a vital segment of Attio’s engineering team.

• Collaborate across departments to design key components of Attio’s infrastructure in alignment with technical strategy.

• Establish benchmarks for developing and managing robust, maintainable, reliable, scalable, and secure software.

• Mentor and coach engineers to enhance their skills.

• Assist in recruiting engineering talent.

• Share expertise and promote innovative approaches and experiments in software engineering.
