📋 Description

• Become a part of Cintra's Development Team as a Software Developer.

• Collaborate with seasoned engineers and Technical Leads.

• Leverage cutting-edge AI models and development tools to comprehend existing systems, design solutions, generate and test code, troubleshoot issues, and expedite delivery.

• Cultivate the capability to manage a critical area of Cintra's payroll software platform.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of a significant product/domain.

• Make sound technical decisions.

• Tackle ambiguous challenges without needing detailed guidance.

• Assume complete end-to-end responsibility.

• Advance your career towards Senior Engineer, Principal-level specialist, or Technical Lead roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust degree, preferably first-class or a strong 2:1, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.

• Up to 2 years of commercial software engineering experience.

• Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and learning capabilities.

• Proven experience in building and delivering real production software.

• Familiarity with APIs and distributed web applications.

• Knowledge of relational data and SQL.

• Understanding of software design principles.

• Awareness of testing methodologies.

• Insight into security practices.

• Proficiency in debugging and managing production systems.

• Comfortable utilizing AI models and coding agents extensively in the software development process.

• Ability to critically assess AI-generated solutions rather than accepting them at face value.

• Genuine interest in grasping the business and product domain.

• Takes initiative and naturally gravitates towards ownership.

• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Blazor, Angular, TypeScript, and cloud platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
