Staff Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of essential features that create a user-friendly learning experience.

• Contribute to defining Outsmart's technical culture and establish quality, scalability, and UX standards.

• Collaborate closely with the Design team to deliver and maintain animations and interactive experiences.

• Develop new mobile features from start to finish using Flutter.

• Produce high-quality experiences using Rive and Unity.

• Oversee comprehensive testing for all mobile features.

• Work with the wider engineering team to foster a strong technical culture and uphold quality standards.

• Conduct thorough code reviews.

• Engage in architecture design discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development.

• Proven experience utilizing Flutter.

• Demonstrated history of building and maintaining mobile applications at scale, preferably with over 1 million users.

• Extensive knowledge of performance optimization and mobile testing methodologies.

• Experience in writing unit and end-to-end tests.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Legal authorization to work in the applicant's country of residence in LATAM.
