Staff MLOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with partner ML and Annotation engineers along with TPMs to define infrastructure and training needs.

• Create and uphold resilient CI/CD and Continuous Training (CT) pipelines for intricate multimodal models.

• Develop versioning and storage methodologies for extensive 2D/3D datasets to guarantee reproducibility and facilitate high-throughput access.

• Implement and oversee systems for monitoring model performance and data drift within production settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry.

• Demonstrated experience as an MLOps Engineer in a dynamic environment focusing on applied machine learning.

• Previous experience in sectors involving complex multi-disciplinary teams such as robotics, smart grids, precision agriculture, game development, or aerospace.

• Proficiency in Python, Git, and the Unix shell.

• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestrators (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, or Kubeflow).

• Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira/Confluence, Slack, and a Git server.

• Solid Mathematical foundation.
