Staff Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with Marketing leadership to design budget distribution, channel strategy, and long-term planning.

• Take ownership of comprehensive performance analytics across all marketing channels.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert on performance measurement.

• Develop and advocate for a trustworthy marketing analytics framework.

• Propel the advancement of the marketing data infrastructure.

• Serve as a strategic collaborator and prominent leader within the team.

• Enhance the analytical capabilities of the marketing department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics.

• Strong business insight, a keen desire to learn, and a drive to tackle challenging marketing issues.

• Deep understanding and experience evaluating performance and opportunities across Paid, Lifecycle, Direct Mail, and Partnership channels.

• Highly knowledgeable in marketing measurement, covering attribution approaches, incrementality testing, funnel analysis, and ROI modeling.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced with Python or R for conducting analyses.

• Committed to data integrity with experience enhancing data accuracy and analytics frameworks.

• Excel at converting complex analyses into straightforward insights and effectively influencing senior stakeholders.

• Enthusiastic about empowering others through user-friendly dashboards and enhancing documentation practices.
