This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +6 more states.
• Collaborate with Marketing and advertising network representatives to enhance conversion signals
• Evaluate product and ad platform modifications and investigate performance declines related to signals
• Design and sustain ad network server-to-server conversion pipelines with assistance from Data Engineering
• Guarantee timely, deduplicated, and high-quality delivery of signals
• Set up and initiate integrations with new advertising platforms
• Implement data feeds for conversion signal delivery and reporting for Marketing
• Oversee Google Tag Manager releases across various web properties
• Implement pixels and conversion events for advertising networks
• Monitor Meta EMQ, pixel and CAPI diagnostics, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads
• Create monitoring systems and alerts for errors, latency, coverage, and discrepancies
• Maintain UTM parameters and campaign naming conventions
• Ensure accurate campaign attribution
• Develop ad-hoc and monitoring reports for conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics
• Define metrics for Signal Engineering
• Create and manage custom marketing datasets
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and representatives from advertising platforms
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, ad technology, or tracking
• Proficient in advanced SQL, including window functions, CTEs, performance-aware querying, and data quality checks
• Experience with large data warehouses
• Practical experience using Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar, with Tableau as the primary BI tool
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with performance marketing / UA stakeholders and conveying insights to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of both browser-side and server-side tracking
• Practical knowledge of at least one advertising platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies, and conversion setup
• Strong grasp of marketing metrics
• Knowledge of GDPR-compliant tracking methods
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have: understanding of mobile attribution and tracking, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN)
• Nice to have: experience with a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar
• Nice to have: experience with incrementality and holdout testing
• Nice to have: experience with Meta Conversions API (CAPI) or Google Data Manager API
• Nice to have: expertise in LTV modeling and calculations, ideally for subscription-based products
• Nice to have: experience with Airflow, dbt, or similar data tools
