This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Assist in implementing the Customer Marketing strategy, emphasizing customer engagement, relationship cultivation, and retention efforts.

• Strategically plan and carry out engagement initiatives tailored to various phases of the customer journey.

• Contribute to the strategic direction and operational management of the customer community.

• Aid in the organization and execution of both in-person and digital customer events.

• Implement Customer Advocacy programs, which encompass success stories, references, and referrals.

• Develop materials, communications, and content aimed at the customer audience.

• Oversee schedules, requests, partnerships, and project stakeholders effectively.

• Track participation, engagement, and performance metrics to assess effectiveness.

• Utilize customer data to prioritize and create new initiatives.

• Investigate the use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and quality of initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of the customer journey, including its various stages and associated needs.

• Prior experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or related fields.

• A strong interest in fostering customer relationships, engagement, and retention.

• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives and projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with or a desire to deepen knowledge of RD Station products and its ecosystem.

• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics to monitor results and uncover opportunities.
