This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of backend generative AI solutions that drive automated, intelligent workflows.

• Transform ambiguous and complex R&D challenges into production-ready software, ensuring our models are robust, scalable, and secure.

• Influence our machine learning architecture, guaranteeing that the team maintains full ownership of the production-grade code that is released into deployment.

• Advocate for technical excellence and foster clarity among teams to enhance technical capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with applied scientists and engineers on innovative Agentic AI implementations within an agile framework.

• Concentrate on creating AI-native user experiences and promoting technical clarity in a supportive environment.

• A solid background in developing highly scalable backend engineering solutions in cloud environments.

• The capability to independently tackle ambiguity and convert complex challenges into clear, functional technical solutions.

• Inquisitive and knowledgeable about AI tools, understanding how to utilize them to expedite research and development without sacrificing code quality.

• A strong sense of ownership and comprehension of code, with a dedication to maintaining complete accountability for everything deployed into production.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively align with product managers, project managers, and R&D leaders throughout the organization.

• Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, GenAI, machine learning concepts, or frontend interfaces would be a valuable asset to the team.
