Staff Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a small, multidisciplinary team of 3-4 individuals dedicated to AI/ML systems.

• Work closely with product managers and various stakeholders.

• Identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions.

• Develop, deploy, and integrate models that are adaptable across a variety of document formats.

• Investigate innovative techniques in deep learning, transfer learning, and model optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering.

• More than 4 years of experience with production ML at scale.

• Proven track record in designing and managing distributed ML systems.

• Strong background in model deployment strategies and data pipelines.

• Demonstrated capability to influence technical decisions across various teams.

• In-depth knowledge of reliability engineering and production support.
